GRANTED. The Arbitrator issued an interim arbitral award sustaining this grievance. Article 9.05 of the contract required management and labor to resolve the issue of classroom temperature within 60 days which was over a year past. The arbitrator ordered Orient Correctional Institution to "...immediately assure that all classrooms are heated to a temperature which will provide reasonable comfort for employees." These orders were to remain in effect until the procedures outlined in Article 9.05 had been complied with, and the arbitrator retained jurisdiction to enforce compliance with the award.
