Grievances DENIED. The Arbitrator found that fog watch was part of "other duties" required of teachers, and not outside of their classification. She held the teachers were clearly on notice by the nature of their jobs that they may be required to assist in certain security-related duties. Further, she determined fog watch was an infrequent occurence and thus not a consistent duty for teachers.
