AWARD: 0361 This consolidated arbitration proceeding involved the 6-day suspension andì subsequent termination of the grievant, an attendent at Oakwood Forensicì Hospital, for excessive tardiness. In the first grievance, a 6-dayì suspension modified the original termination due to the grievant'sì participation in an EAP program and was upheld.
