Grievance MODIFIED. Arbitrator found that Employer lacked authority to mandate overtime under Section 5 of the Pick-A-Post Agreement. Arbitrator held that a more reasonable discipline for the Grievant is a three-day suspension, without pay. Grievant shall be reinstated with his seniority restored, and he shall receive backpay and any compensation for other job-related losses incurred because of his wrongful termination.
