Grievance DENIED.  The Arbitrator found that the scoring methodology of the Screening Tool complied with Article 30.02, and the Employer complied with the scoring methodology when awarding points to the applicants. Since the tool was not illogical, arbitrary, or unreasonable and the application of the methodology was consistent, the Grievant was appropriately scored and not the most-qualified candidate for the senior parole position.
