GRANTED:  The Grievant is to be reinstated to the same or similar nursing position at the Franklin Medical Center on the shift she held at the time of her removal. Reinstatement is effective fourteen calendar days from the date of this Award. The Grievant is to made whole including lost wages but less interim earnings from any sources of employment. This includes restored seniority, benefit banks and medical expenses which
would have been covered by insurance.
