Grievance MODIFIED. Due to lax enforcement and inconsistency in enforcement of work rules by Employer, Grievant's termination shall be reduced to a suspension without back-pay, and Grievant shall retain his seniority and his rank of Sergeant. Grievant must additionally undergo and complete training regarding appropriate supervisory expectations, workplace conduct and sensitivity toward the opposite sex.
