Grievance was Modified. The grievant did fail to carry out a work assignment by failing to check five license plate numbers through LEADS that were emailed to her by a trooper on rest area check. There was no actual rule violation for allowing an alleged unauthorized person to be in the Warren Post, nor was he exposed to sensitive law enforcement materials. The 3-day suspension was reduced to a 1-day suspension and the grievant is to be made whole for the other 2 days.
