Grievance Denied. The Employer did not violate the contract when it refused the Grievant’s request to work light duty during his normal night shift and assigned him light duty under the transitional work plan during a day shift. Because the Grievant was working the day shift during the transitional work plan time, he was not entitled to the shift differential for working hours between 5:00 pm and 6:00 am.
