HOLDING: Grievance DENIED. The Grievant’s threats of violence cannot be condoned in the workplace. Management gave the Grievant ample opportunity to conform her behavior to the policy standards in line with progressive discipline to no avail. The Grievant had four active disciplines on her record final action herein referenced violence and threats of violence, three of which involved violations of Policy 4C, insolence and rude or disrespectful conduct.
