On February 17, 2017 the Grievant signed out for lunch at 1:00 pm, but was not present in the office from at least 12:45 pm and 1:00 pm. The Grievant was a toxic force in the work place. The Grievant did make the statement when being placed on administrative leave that “Don’t worry, I won’t shoot up the place.” This was perceived as a threat by other employees. The Grievant’s removal was for just cause. Grievance was denied.
