Employer had just cause for the discharge of the grievant. The combination of physical bullying, shunning, intimidation, lack of supervision, and neglect substantiated the abuse of Resident 1 as charged by the Employer. A preponderance of evidence presented to the hearing record was clear and convincing in proving a violation of rule A-1 of the Employer's Standards of Conduct Policy based on the abuse of the resident.
