The Arbitrator MODIFIED the grievance. The Arbitrator reinstated the Grievant to PACE, cleansed his record of his supervisor's PIPs, counselings, and orders, and required the Employer to help him seek a transfer within a PSI unit, but tha Arbitrator had no jurisdiction over the Grievant's performance evaluations.
