The Arbitrator found that the Employer did not have just cause for removal. Instructed employer to send the grievant to psycologist/psychiatrist to determine fitness to return to work. If determined fit for work he is to be reinstated on a last chance agreement with no loss of seniority, with back pay and benefits. Any interm earnings are to be deducted from his back pay.
