Grievance granted. The Arbitrator concluded that it was reasonable for the Grievant to have opened the cell door without visually checking to make sure that the inmate was restrained, that it was reasonable for the Grievant to forget which cells she opened that night, and that there was no evidence to prove that she knew of the altercation in the cell. The Arbitrator granted the grievance, and reinstated the Grievant with back pay, benefits, and all seniority rights.
