Grievance GRANTED. The Arbitrator found that the Employer lacked just cause to remove the grievant. Unlike the other grievant charged with security violations, she had only four months of service, much of which had been spent on sick leave. The arbitrator found that the other grievant was more culpable. This grievant was reinstated to her position with all back pay, seniority and restored leave balances.
