Grievance DENIED. The Arbitrator found that the Grievant was terminated for just cause. He found that she acted as a lead worker over the other Grievant and was responsible for having excessive amounts of contraband in the workshop. He determined that security issues at OPI are of utmost importance. If the seized items had been allowed into the general population, unlimited security risks could have occurred.
