Grievance MODIFIED. Grievant was removed for informing a complainant of the results of her EEO complaint before the supervisor signed off on the report, encouraging the complainant to pursue her charge in another forum, and for informing the complainant that the department had changed the Grievant’s initial finding of probable cause. The Arbitrator found that the Grievant did not know she should not release the results of an investigation before her supervisor had signed off on the report. The Arbitrator found the grievant should not have released the findings before her supervisor signed the report and that she improperly encouraged the complainant to pursue her claim. He ordered the Grievant to be returned to work with no back pay, and placed the Grievant on a last chance agreement.
