Grievance Information Detail

Grievance was DENIED. The Arbitrator found that the Employer had just cause to terminate the grievant. The Employer proved the Grievant singled out sex offenders and allowed them to be verbally and physically assaulted by other inmates. The inmates who acted on the Grievant’s instructions were given preferential treatment in the form of out of cell privileges, porter assignments, and the confiscated property of other inmates.
