Grievance is DENIED. The Grievant claimed he was denied overtime opportunities because the Employer decided that Troopers (bargaining unit 1), rather than Sergeants (bargaining unit 15), would be offered desk overtime opportunities. The Arbitrator found that there was no provision in the Contract which required the Employer to equalize overtime opportunities across bargaining units.
