Grievance GRANTED. The Arbitrator found the Employer violated Articles 24.02 and 24.05 by imposing the discipline against the Grievant. Arbitrator Stein found that the Employer should have imposed discipline forty-five days after the first pre-disciplinary meeting. Therefore, the Grievant was returned to his position and was made whole for any loss of seniority, wage increases, back pay, and benefits.
