DENIED: Arbitrator Pincus found that the Employer had just cause to suspend the Grievant for ten (10) days. The Grievant was found to have violated Rule 3(b) – Failure to notify a supervisor of absence or follow call-in procedures and Rule 4 – Job Abandonment.
