DENIED. The grievance was denied because of the serious nature of the other infractions, all of which were corroborated by other witnesses. During those incidents, the Grievant used profanity toward the Deputy Warden, threw papers off of the Deputy Warden’s desk, and used profanity in response to a co-worker who informed the Grievant that he had been assigned to the patrol car when he came in late. The ten (10)-day suspension was upheld.
