DENIED. Grievant had an unauthorized relationship with an inmate. This was discovered after a phone conversation between the Grievant and the inmate was recorded. The Grievant then tried to cover-up the relationship by lying to investigators. She explained the phone conversation in several different ways, none of which were believed by the Arbitrator.
