Grievance Modified. The arbitrator found that the Employer violated Article 46 of the CBA by cancelling occupational injury leave effective July 19, 1994 because the Grievant was not yet able to perform all pre-injury job functions. He ordered that the Employer restore the Grievant's sick leave to what it would have been if he had been eligible for OIL until August 1, 1994.
