Grievance DENIED. Grievant was removed because a bomb threat at the Institution was traced back to her home phone. The Arbitrator held that the Employer had just cause to remove the Grievant. The Arbitrator found that the Union's claims about Miranda Rights were unsupported; the Grievant's claims about Union representation were self-serving; and there was no evidence that the Grievant ever sought help for her alcohol problem.
