DENIED. Employer had just cause to remove Grievants for entering false social security numbers to sabotage Employer's Saturday license examinations. The Arbitrator distingushed this from a similar situation involving License Examiners in that the previous group had committed their violations in order to extend breaks and make work easier as opposed to sabotaging an entire day of work.
