Grievance MODIFIED. The Arbitrator held the Employer had just cause to discipline the Grievant for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and having an open container in his vehicle while off duty. Grievant should be expected to obey the laws that he enforces. Because other employees have not been disciplined to the same degree for similar offenses, the Arbitrator reduced the suspension to 20 days.
