Grievance DENIED. The Grievant, a Highway Patrolman was removed following a complaint from a female suspect based upon an illegal strip search. The Arbitrator did not agree with the Union's claims that Grievant's mistake was based on inexperience; Grievant should have known better based on training and common sense. Grievant's action was of such a nature that removal was justified.
