Grievance MODIFIED. Removal converted to a suspension. Although the Arbitrator felt that the Grievant did not perform her job duties in a satisfactory manner and she provided misleading information, termination of employment was deemed unreasonable. Each of the rules violated by the Grievant calls for some type of reprimand or suspension short of discharge for a first offense according to the principles of progressive discipline. Based on that the Arbitrator ordered the Employer to reinstate the Grievant without back pay or benefits.
