DENIED. Depite Employer's mistake in listing Grievants at pay range 9 at factfinding, Employer quickly recognized the mistake and tried to correct it. Employer informed the Union that Grievants would remain at pay range 8, and the Arbitrator did not see why Employer would offer a wage increase to junior employees while senior employees' wages stayed the same.
