Grievance DENIED. The Arbitrator held that the new language of Section 26.02, Report-In and Commutation Time, includes Load Limit Inspectors, Motor Vehicle Inspectors, and Resident Troopers. The employees are now compensated only for the time required to travel from their assigned post to their actual work location. "Actual work location" is defined as the post to which these employees are assigned for administrative purposes.
