Recker and Fraker are entitled to the difference in pay that they would have received as a Psychiatric/MR Nurse Coordinator and which they received as a Psychiatric/MR Nurse from the date of the layoff until the date that they declined recall to their former position. The employer laid of employees in a classification series who had more seniority than other employees, in the same classification series, who were retained. This violated the contract which was unambiguous on this matter.
