Grievance SUSTAINED. The Arbitrator found that the co-worker's testimony might have represented an attempt to deflect attention from herself and discipline which may have been pending. Her failure to come forward in a timely fashion, coupled with the circumstances in which she revealed it, prompted her testimony to be disbelieved. Grievants' version of the evening was corroborated by two other, credible, witnesses.
