Grievance DENIED. The Arbitrator held that the evidentiary record warrants the reasonable inference that Grievant engaged in an unauthorized personal relationship with an inmate. The Arbitrator also held that Grievant failed to follow post orders by allowing an inmate to be present in a location that was not his regular dorm.
