AWARD: 0229 See G#87-1767. R.L. Greenwood. Numerous Grievances: 1. Overtime: Bargaining unit members shall not perform overtime unless and until the parties negotiate a method for equalizing overtime connected with radar instruction. The Union's demand for monetary relief is denied. 2. Long-Term Disability: Individuals on disability leave shall not being charged with declination of overtime opportunities. 3. Overtime Charged During Vacations: Employees cannot be charged for overtime declined during their vacations, however, unless they affirmatively accept overtime assignments and subsequently refuse to work them. 4. Sick Leave and Emergencies: Employees on sick leave shall not be charged with overtime refusals during the term of their leaves. Overtime hours shall be banked and appropriate make-up opportunities will be offered to their employees upon their returns to duty. 5.
