Grievance DENIED. The Arbitrator held that 1 1/2 hours was not a "reasonable time" for notice of leave. Nothing in the contract language, moreover, demonstrated that Holiday Compensatory Time should be treated differently, and thus the Patrol's notice policy was reasonable. Given the circumstance that Grievant was the only Trooper assigned to a two county area, the denial of his leave request by the Sergeant was not unreasonable.
