The Grievance was DENIED. The Arbitrator found that a 20-day suspension was appropriate for the infractions she committed. The Arbitrator also ruled that Management's failure to provide the Association with a copy of the work rules was de minimus in that the employee knew what was expected of her in these instances and that she knew or reasonably should have known that her actions were improper.
