Grievance MODIFIED. The arbitrator found no evidence that the laxative doses were actually ingested by the patients; therefore, patient abuse was not proven. The Arbitrator found that the Grievant set up extra medications which could well have led to patient abuse. But, the Arbitrator concluded that the grievant's long and unblemished record of service mitigated this offense. Grievant was reinstated without back pay due to the seriousness of the offense.
