The Grievance was GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Arbitrator found that the Grievant did commit minor infractions in failing to sign out and unauthorized telephone usage. She found insufficient evidence that the Grievant's use of the basketball court violated Hospital staffing policies. Because the Grievant had previously received several reprimands and a 3-day suspension, a moderate suspension of 4 - 10 days was justified.
